Payton Anderson
Chief Operating Officer
In 2016, Payton Anderson graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in Sport Management and a Minor in Marketing. While at Missouri Baptist, she was a part of the varsity Softball program for all four years of her college career. In 2018, Payton graduated from Lindenwood University with a Masters in Administration. She has spent the last couple of years working with Ryder Transport Company as a manager at their Bridgeton location. In her free time Payton and her wife run a select fastpitch organization. Their goal is to help athletes get to the next level of play, whether that be a more competitive level of ball or moving on to play college athletics.
Gary Moore
Chief Strategy Officer
Gary Moore started with Sunshine Senior Services in January 2021. He is a Proud Retired US Navy Veteran, having served 23 years. After retirement, he got into insurance but was lured away to train educators and businesses around the globe, a passion of his. He later led training operations and became the companies first Vendor Manager in Canada. After the company restructured, he moved unto a UK based IT Services company to lead their North American Operations and later the global managed services and project management. He finds the greatest satisfaction in helping others, coworkers, and clients alike. In 2014 he became a Licensed Insurance Agent, working independently until joining Sunshine Senior Services. He is passionate about assisting every client in finding the insurance that best meets their needs. Gary and his wife Debi have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and one Belgium Malinois named Tracker.

Adam Kiss
Chief Distribution Officer
Adam Kiss brings 22 years of finance and Insurance experience to Sunshine. He is Originally from New York and currently resides in the Tampa Bay area of Florida with his wife of 20 years Mercedes. Adam started his Finance career in 2000 with AIL/NILICO and became the State Director of New York within 3 years. In 2008 He moved into the Brokerage world as the Managing Director/Partner with a National Insurance Marketing firm while adding his Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses with New England Financial a MetLife Company. Adam has always taken personal responsibility and attention in the success of his Agents while keeping the client’s best Interests first.
Max Bumgardner

Max Bumgardner’s journey from his Iowan roots to the bustling world of Sunshine Senior Insurance Services in Clearwater, Florida, is a testament to his unwavering dedication, relentless work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit. Born and bred in Iowa, Max built a strong work ethic and passion for communication, a cornerstone in his long career spanning over twenty-five years.
In 1995, Max and his wonderful wife, Chris, started their family, raising two amazing adult children. They instilled in them the values that Max had learned from his upbringing – hard work, dedication, and creativity.

It was at Maxout Creative that Max crossed paths with the owners of Sunshine Senior Services. Recognizing his innovative approach and thorough understanding of client needs, they invited Max to join their team. Now, Max serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Sunshine Senior Services in Clearwater, Florida. He is actively engaged in the company’s lead generation and branding, leveraging his extensive media and marketing expertise to help the organization shine in a competitive market.
Max’s deep understanding of client needs, combined with his innovative marketing strategies, have earned him a stellar reputation in the field. Brady Anderson
Regional Manager
Brady Anderson started working with Sunshine Senior Services the very first day the owners decided to start the business. He started off in the mailing department and call center then moved his way into a sales position and recently being promoted to a sales manager. Brady has worked his way up through the company at every level, so he understands the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful. Brady also strives to become better each day, he takes pride in his work as this is his family business and he wants to grow as the business grows. Brady loves meeting new clients and servicing his existing clients daily, as he hopes to help people find their right plan to better them in the future. Brady has played college baseball at North West Missouri State and transferred to ICC in IL to complete his college career. Brady believes his time playing ball has given him the communication and leadership skills to be successful in his new manager’s position. In his spare time Brady loves to travel, he has lived in over 5 different states. He looks forward to continuing to grow with the company as the company grows as well.

Ashley Hagan
Commissions Specialist
Ashley Hagan began working with Sunshine Senior Services as an agent in the Illinois location before transitioning to her current role as a commissions specialist. Ashley is a mother to 5 children and spends her free time traveling to her children’s various activities or on her property taking care of her animals with her husband.
Cathy Wise
Contracting Specialist
Since 2004, Cathy has been working in some form in the Medicare Insurance industry. Cathy started off as an Appointment Setter and then became a Contracting Specialist for Sunshine Senior Services. She resides in Port Richey, FL., and has been there for 4 years with her husband Randy. Cathy has 2 sons who reside in Illinois. She really enjoys working with the agents in order to help them with their contracting.
Alyssa Farnsworth
Customer Service Representative / Contracting Assistant
Alyssa Farnsworth has worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. Five of those years were spent at Cracker Barrel and the last year was at Longhorn steakhouse. Her hobbies are binge watching new shows on Netflix, playing slow pitch softball, and hanging out with her cat Charlie. We are excited to have Alyssa join our team as our new customer service representative!
