Gary was Awesome!!! I had so many questions as having recently lost my job of 12 years and retirement age but wasn’t planning to retire yet and need Insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision). He explained everything to me and answered all of my many questions. He told me about extras like Silver Sneakers. Gary was patient and understanding and did not make me feel stupid. I have worked in Healthcare for the past several years as a Medical Coder but still did not understand the complicated World of Insurance. It was all so confusing to me. He assisted me with all of the steps and walked me through them. He explained my benefits and the cost of everything. He told me about the cost of my prescriptions and checked to see that my PCP was within network of the plan I chose. I am definitely referring my friends and Family to him. Your Company is blessed to have such a knowledgeable person on your staff!
